1)   Open Google Chrome browser on your computer.

2)   Click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of your screen.

3)   Select Settings from the drop-down menu (see screenshot below).

4)   In Settings window, click on Open a specific page or set of pages option under On startup section (see screenshot below).

5) In Set pages window, enter your desired homepage URL (e.g., http://www.google.com/) and click Save button at bottom right corner of your screen (see screenshot below).
